## Definitions

- **VPOB (Virtual Place of Business)** — a virtual office address used to obtain a state
  GSTIN where the business has no physical office.
- **APOB (Additional Place of Business)** — a warehouse or marketplace fulfilment centre
  added to an existing GSTIN so stock can legally be stored and shipped.

## How a purchase works

Checkout is **human-assisted**, not agent-automated:

1. Buyer chooses a city and address.
2. Buyer pays by UPI (QR shown at checkout).
3. Buyer confirms on WhatsApp with the payment screenshot.
4. Document pack is issued the same business day.
