Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in choosing Launch My Office. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we have issued any documents or started government filing, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee (excluding any third-party government charges already paid on your behalf).

After documents are issued

Once we have issued your virtual office document set (NOC, Rent Agreement, Utility Bill) or submitted a government application on your behalf, the corresponding fee is non-refundable, as the work and address allocation have been completed.

Government outcomes

Our fee covers professional preparation, filing and representation. It does not guarantee a specific government outcome, and is not refundable on the basis of a department's decision or processing delay outside our control. If an application is rejected for a reason attributable to our error, we will re-file at no extra service charge.

How to request a refund

Email info@launchmyoffice.com with your name, registered phone number and order details. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
