Our services
We provide virtual office addresses, GST registration, VPOB and APOB setup, company incorporation, and MSME/FSSAI/IEC licence assistance, supported by in-house Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and legal professionals. Service scope and timelines depend on the plan you select and on accurate, timely documents from you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, genuine information and documents.
- Use the address and registrations lawfully and in line with the GST Act and Companies Act 2013.
- Pay the applicable plan fee, billed annually, plus 18% GST.
Fees & billing
Plans are billed annually in advance. Prices are shown on our plans page and are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated. Add-on services are charged as quoted.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
We deliver services with due professional care, but government processing times and outcomes (such as GST approval) are determined by the authorities and are outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
