How to Download Your GST Registration Certificate

Once registered, your GST certificate is available to download any time from the GST portal. There's no paper copy posted — the digital one is the official document.

Steps

Log in to the GST portal.
Go to Services → User Services → View/Download Certificates.
Open Form REG-06 and download the PDF.
Display it at your principal place of business as required.

What the certificate shows

Your GSTIN and legal/trade name.
Principal place of business and any additional places.
Date of registration and constitution of business.
Authorised signatory details.

Your principal place of business on the certificate is your VPOB address; additional places (APOBs) like warehouses appear in the annexure.

Keep it handy

Marketplaces, banks and buyers may ask for it during KYC. Keep the latest version saved.
